How do I specify which pages to extract?

Enter page numbers and ranges in the input field, separated by commas. For example: 1-3, 5, 7-9 extracts pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9. You can also use the quick select buttons.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. All processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDF files never leave your computer.

What do the quick select buttons do?

All Pages selects every page. Odd Pages selects 1, 3, 5, etc. Even Pages selects 2, 4, 6, etc. First Half and Last Half select the respective halves of the document.

Does extracting reduce PDF quality?

No. The extraction process copies pages directly without re-encoding. All images, text, vectors, and fonts are preserved exactly.

Can I extract pages in a different order?

Yes! Pages are extracted in the order you specify. If you enter 5, 3, 1, the resulting PDF will have page 5 first, then 3, then 1.

What browsers are supported?

This tool works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Can I extract from password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs may not work correctly if they have copy restrictions.

Is there a file size limit?
